Krav Maga and Kettlebells
Amnon Darsa (right), of Israel, is an Expert 5 and a member of the International Krav Maga Federation’s Global Instructor Team. He is also an RKC 2 instructor and head of the IKMF’s Kettlebell division. He says Kettlebell training is a great compliment to Krav Maga training because they both use your natural body movements. Kettlebells is a training system with a dynamic approach that provides a full body workout. It strengthens multiple body parts simultaneously, using a lot of muscle groups, as you do in day to day life. Kettlebell training helps your body endure and thrive during the rigors of Krav Maga training.
