Krav Maga
on bicycles

Motivated by the attacks on bicyclists on trails and around the Twin Cities, Krav Maga Minneapolis developed a self defense program for cyclists. Owners Gail Boxrud and Dante Pastrano combined their training as Security Cyclists with IPMBA and Krav Maga instructors with the IKMF to help bicyclists learn to protect themselves.

Next seminar is noon to 4 pm Sunday, Feb. 12
See Krav Maga on bicycles page for details. See slide show for photos of the training.
