New Student information
Our Co-Ed adult classes are on-going, so you can start anytime.
You can start in any of the beginner, beginner plus (90 minutes instead of one hour) or all level daytime classes.
We offer one free trial class for each of the disciplines that we offer: Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Monday night Hard Style Kettlebells.
After that, if you decide to continue, there is a one-time $50 enrollment fee (you get a T-shirt as part of that). There are several pricing options for classes: per class packages or unlimited monthly. We don't do contracts, but we offer better deals for greater commitment.
Per class pricing (can be used for Krav Maga, BJJ and Kettlebells) Family members can share packages.
$15 for one class
$65 for 5 classes
$110 for 10 classes
$150 for 15 classes
Krav Maga only Or BJJ only
$100 per month, if you pay month to month
$270 for 3 months
$480 for 6 months
To attend all disciplines, it costs an extra $25 per month.
Second family member gets $20 off; 3rd pays $50 per month.
Please register ahead of time for you free trial class through our online schedule. This saves us time at the training center the day of class. Arrive for class about 15 minutes early so you can fill out a waiver for us before you get on the mats.
It's important that you provide a valid email address when you register for classes. The MindBody student management program will send you receipts for any purchases you make via email. We also rely on email to notify students about important information, changes in schedules, cancellations due to holidays or bad weather and special events. The program will also notify you via email when you have run out of classes in your package, or finished your unlimitedly monthly package.
We respect your privacy: We do not share or sell your email address with anyone for any reason. You can remove your email address at anytime yourself, if you decide to not continue with us as a student. But you will miss important information, if you do not provide an email address to us when you enroll.
Wear comfortable workout type clothing, and bring clean-soled athletic shoes to change into at the training center. (we have a gravel parking lot and a matted floor, so it helps us keep the floor clean). If you have groin protection, bring it. If not, it's not critical for your first class, but it's required if you decide to join us for on-going classes. We do sell it at the training center.
